The purchase of 1.68 million renewable energy facilities sold and utilized by the US government, Military, Homeland Security and other agencies will provide all the funds needed. The Swift Job ACT Infrastructure Credit Fund will also pay for the SARAP (Strategic Advantage Redevelopment Aspirational Project.) Community centers will be constructed on the Mexican side of the border providing emergency housing for 24000 migrants.
