Mexico USA Joint Venture Proposal

We Would Like to Propose a Joint Venture Partnership setting up Emergency Disaster Job training centers through the country.

The Proposal, entitled " The Watchmen Program"  calls for 10,000 Emergency Economic, Job Training Centers to be set up throughout the United States.

We would Like to build the basic structure of these facilities within Mexico, providing at least 10,000 Jobs across the country initially and more when the program really gets underway.
