            Hello, this is Chuck Thompson, Director of Global Emergency Provisions. Iraq, Swift Peace. Swift standing for Solar Wind International Facilities Technology.  We will establish this new global energy facilities industry technology and export this technology, these facilities that will be built within the country. That’s right. Designed, manufactured, and exported throughout the entire international community.

We will utilize the universities of higher learning agencies within the country to teach the students to pay them while they’re being taught this new renewable energy facilities industry.

And they will, hands-on and online, have classes and teach the entire global community this same new technology being produced, not just for the Iraqi citizens who will achieve many new community entrepreneurship programs but those in and around the entire Middle East, which will spread throughout the entire globe.

Now, within the United States, especially in Arizona, California, Texas, and the border areas, have an enormous immigration problem. They need these new facilities, these renewable energy facilities that run on renewable energy and can be removed from place to place without being hooked up and operate on its own energy, without being hooked up with any local power source. And run all the applications inside this facility. To be utilized by the government officials within the country.

Within those states, such as Arizona, California, Texas, which we call Act Swift Border Plan. These states desperately need this time for the government officials to be housed in the homes which will be built within the country.  Schools, offices, emergency medical units, portable farms. All of these facilities are portable and can be moved from place to place, shipped anywhere around the world.

Now, we will utilize our own finances and have joint ventures with financial institutions in the country utilizing our own Iraq currency that has been devalued.
