Gabon Proposal

Hello this Chuck Thompson Director of World Emergency I've had the privilege of working with Gabon Establishing the goods and services that they need for the presidential election in 93 and 98 and others goods services within the years of 200 and now here i would like to work  with the country again providing the hundreds of thousands  of Jobs a new revenue within the billions throughout the country all coming from corporations who will sponsor 

Emergency economic Job training centers throughout the nation the whole world right now is you know in economic crisis yet I believe Gabon has the Key has the answer as it physically located within Africa but not just helping the 52 Plus nations within the continent but the entire international community as a matter fact starting here within United states and Partnering up with corporations such as Walmart and Home Depot and loaves department store the Ghani's new facility industry will be set-up on these corporation properties where they sponsor the 8.4 million dollars needed to build it but the country of Gabon and the citizens the administrations will teach 

The citizens on how to build these emergency economic Job training facilities as well as the O grid Homes that means homes that don't need to be hooked up the grid they run  on their own renewable energy so not only could you place them within the forces of Gabon or the dessert through the Middle East but anywhere because they  don't need  to be hooked up to any outside local power right now as you know the disaster in  Sandy within New York region they need right now portable Homes Schools Offices Emergency Medical Units even portable Farms where you Harvest and Grow Food produce right in there contain structures we will build these facilities on the corporation sponsored properties such Walmart Home Depot Sears loaves apartment Store but they will be sponsored and a Joint Venture will remain  with the country of Gabon and we duplicate .

The success throughout the bog and throughout the entire  continent of being light an example to the rest of the International Community  and this will provide Nationwide a billion Dollars in New revenue on an annual basis and hundreds of thousands  of jobs within the country now this entire proposal was set  for the United States but any country that begins this Watchmen Program proposal will gain the success first the proposal is spelled out within the pages titled reconciling us a revolution.
