(1) 1988 to 1998 Owner and Operator of Team Security
A private patrol company providing security guards service for government and private sector corporations; Servicing high profile protection construction contracts for MGM Grand in Las Vegas, New York New York, The Rio All Suite Hotel, The Monte Carlo Hotel, Harley Davidson Restaurant and other casinos in and around the Las Vegas Strip.
(2) I designed comprehensive security programs
Utilizing surveillance and guard post protection layouts, formulating all security clearance paperwork and forms, specified for every hotel and restaurant. Pacifically working for the development company Marnell Corrao Associates contracted as administrator security consultant, I directed and trained all security personnel, maintaining protection of every property. Also, I have conducted a great many undercover assignments, working with the movie and film industry, from Beverly Hills to the Watts areas.

For government officials, along with celebrity bodyguard assignments, as well as experienced with security surveillance stakeouts, protecting college campuses, restrictive office complexes and establishing specialized community crime prevention programs. (4) Account and Sales Representative
Working in the Beverly Hills area with the Gibraltar Corporation and California security company, I was Account Manager and Sales Director. I generated more business for those companies marketing our security products and services for government projects and other corporations. From supermarkets to constructions sites, creating profitable proposals, conducting sales meetings, I also conducted many security and safety presentations. However, the most important experience gained was maintaining company security accounts. I scheduling assignments for all officers and maintaining payroll accounts were basic functions performed on a weekly basis for almost two decades.
(5) International Security and Business Experience
Since 1996 I provided security guard service for store locations to protect property and staff personnel within various cities throughout the Philippines. For approximately two decades (1991 to 2010) I worked with the US Department of Commerce in setting up private Gold key services and match-maker missions internationally. These government and private sector partnerships were to promote Worldemergency product and service line overseas.

I marketed our products and services globally, throughout the European Union countries such as Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and England. In all these countries, I have provided security equipment, emergency kits, and supplies. Professionally I performed detailed presentations and private consultations on safety and security issues within US embassies for foreign corporations.

As a seasoned Emergency Security Consultant, I've learned basic and essential communication skills, such as: when to speak and when to be silent, what to divulge and what not to, especially when it involves confidentiality clauses and NDA non-disclosure agreements. In the late 1980’s I established a very successful security company, directing operations for 14 years. In the mid-1990’s, I established a sportswear company called CSJ Message Sportswear manufacturing sportswear apparel, from yarn to complete garments. I also designed a host of new apparel, from casual wear to uniforms, selling to private corporations, government agencies, and the hospital industry. From 1998 to 2003, I formed a corporation called Worldemergency, which I designed and manufactured portable renewable energy facilities. These smart transportable facilities could be utilized as multi-structures, built into Homes, Schools, offices, and medical units, all, which operated on renewable energy. As Worldemergency I also design a variety of emergency disaster kits for earthquakes, fires, floods and civil unrest. I established, owned, and operated a restaurant within the Philippines called The Land of Milk and Honey. Our Worldemergency portable water and bakery systems were utilized in the Philippines and sent to Gabon, West Africa. Designer and Administrator of fast food outlets, Our Daily Bread Store, Chicago Stadium Style Hot Dogs, Sunny California Beef and Chicken Rice Bowls. My Worldemergency Purified Portable Water Systems and Our Daily Bread Store was a combined portable renewable energy unit; which provided hot bread daily to the specification of Any Nation as well as generating purified water, thousands of gallons daily to provide for citizens in any emergency.

Writer Author, voice-over, and narrator for the book titled “What Should You Do Before the Tribulation Age of 42” & “Reconciling Us or Revolution”. For 14 years, I've written many publications from short books and pamphlets including a great many contracts and grant based proposals.
“What Should You Do Before the Tribulation Age of 42” is 12 mini book series, all formed into one; (A cultural religious narrative) of cause and effect, regarding our past, present, and future; providing a message of understanding and hope. And the book “Reconciling Us or Revolution” is a global economic and ecological blueprint to building International prosperity.

Additional professional education as an Author, writing my first two major Publications has benefited me greatly. With over a decade of research and in-depth study, has helped me prepare mentally, physically and spiritually to help any government agency or a corporation succeed within its noble mission statement.
This Irreplaceable education afforded me social reconciliation abilities, whether it's a company with its customers, an employer with its employees or a government with its citizens, helping all to succeed. Moreover, I have developed a great deal of wisdom to blend and bind relationships, such as between buyer and seller, utilizing the fundamental understanding trust and loyalty is everything.
Goals to Achieve are working with world leaders along with OPEC and other energy-producing National agencies; helping to wean all off oil, into Cleaner and Greener renewable energy, producing more than ever for the Global community. I can provide help to Ambassadors and other Heads of State settle disputes with opposing nations, even “bridging” a little “Peace” in the Middle East.
