Professional Work, Business Skills & Experience (1) 1988 to 1998 Owner and Operator of Team Security A private patrol company providing security guards service for government and private sector corporations; Servicing high profile protection construction contracts for MGM Grand in Las Vegas, New York New York, The Rio All Suite Hotel, The Monte Carlo Hotel, Harley Davidson Restaurant and other casinos in and around the Las Vegas Strip. Also, I have conducted a great many undercover assignments, working with the movie and film industry, from Beverly Hills to the Watts areas. I generated more business for those companies marketing our security products and services for government projects and other corporations. From supermarkets to constructions sites, creating profitable proposals, conducting sales meetings, I also conducted many security and safety presentations. However, the most important experience gained was maintaining company security accounts. I scheduling assignments for all officers and maintaining payroll accounts were basic functions performed on a weekly basis for almost two decades. (5) International Security and Business Experience Since 1996 I provided security guard service for store locations to protect property and staff personnel within various cities throughout the Philippines. For approximately two decades (1991 to 2010) I worked with the US Department of Commerce in setting up private Gold key services and match-maker missions internationally. In the mid-1990’s, I established a sportswear company called CSJ Message Sportswear manufacturing sportswear apparel, from yarn to complete garments. I also designed a host of new apparel, from casual wear to uniforms, selling to private corporations, government agencies, and the hospital industry. From 1998 to 2003, I formed a corporation called Worldemergency, which I designed and manufactured portable renewable energy facilities. These smart transportable facilities could be utilized as multi-structures, built into Homes, Schools, offices, and medical units, all, which operated on renewable energy. As Worldemergency I also design a variety of emergency disaster kits for earthquakes, fires, floods and civil unrest. I established, owned, and operated a restaurant within the Philippines called The Land of Milk and Honey. Our Worldemergency portable water and bakery systems were utilized in the Philippines and sent to Gabon, West Africa. Designer and Administrator of fast food outlets, Our Daily Bread Store, Chicago Stadium Style Hot Dogs, Sunny California Beef and Chicken Rice Bowls. My Worldemergency Purified Portable Water Systems and Our Daily Bread Store was a combined portable renewable energy unit; which provided hot bread daily to the specification of Any Nation as well as generating purified water, thousands of gallons daily to provide for citizens in any emergency. Throughout the International Community, those who are displaced from their homes can find shelter and the necessities of life.

Homes, Schools, Information Centers, Emergency Medical Units, Food Kitchens, with Restroom & Shower units will be established The Emergency Information Communication Community Centers will provide Knowledge, Guidance, and Hope, giving a real sense of Direction of how to piece together their Lives; also, lending a little “Peace” of mind.

The Who, What, When, Why, Where, and How we pay for it all is written within the pages of the Book “Reconciling Us or Revolution” The Proposal Solution in this publication is called The Watchmen Program. This Economical & Ecological System will provide the New Jobs and Revenue needed. Not only for the (GEP) Global Emergency Provisions but establish a New Jobs and Revenue Facilities Industry for the entire International Community.

Building Renewable Energy Financial Unification Community Centers.

Three critical needs throughout America and the International Community is Jobs, Budgets,

National Security, these Threats are addressed in detail, within the publication “Reconciling

Us or Revolution.” Also, great aid is needed for the (GEP) Global Emergency

Provisions with the refugee crisis (multiple Millions displaced from their homes) and help for

various diseases and virus epidemics. 

Now, the Watchmen Program will be the economical,

ecological solution, strengthen with Abbot Downing, HSBC, Wells Fargo and others as the Cornerstone

of the financial institutions, throughout the United States and the global community. Yet, the

immediate need, throughout the nation, critically, within the inter-cities, is unification.

That’s right, Community Communication, Unification Centers, this new renewable facility

industry will give help, guidance and direction to all citizens, which live in and around these

communities. The Watchmen Program will establish 10,000, emergency, economic job

training centers across the United States, and thousands within the global community.

Again, the Bank institutions anchor, of this new facilities industry is Abbot Downing, HSBC

and Wells Fargo establishing and funding Renewable Energy projects and

exchanging re-valued currencies globally. International partners, like The UN EAR

Alliance, (The United Nations, Europe, America, Russia), will also be sponsors of this new

industry, working with the USC (University Saves Country), Students will build renewable

energy facilities, providing millions of jobs with a new economical, ecological way of life.

The Community Unification Centers will be housed by the local and federal authorities,

locally the Police, Fire department, Search & Rescue teams and federally, Homeland

Security, FEMA, CDC and other vital agencies. Officials working with the public will teach

preparedness, for earthquakes, fires, floods, civil unrest, including terrorist attacks and

threats. All portable renewable Department of Energy facilities will be placed, also with

displays of a home, school, office, emergency medical unit and portable Farms, at store

property locations, where citizen's shop, work and live.

Corporations such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's Home improvement store, Sears, Target,

Costco, Sam's Club, also stores internationally will sponsor, establishing them within the

parking lot structures, providing new Renewable Energy Products, in high global demand.

The successful productivity of this new industry will be a global magnet, of opportunity and

activity in and around all emergency, information centers.
